AMI Montessori Educator (Ages 0–3 and 3–6)

Ms. Tran Thi Thuan is the founder of ICP Kindergarten and a highly experienced, dedicated educator in the field of early childhood education. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has received formal Montessori training, earning AMI certifications for both the 0–3 and 3–6 age groups. With a strong professional foundation and many years of experience, Ms. Thuan is committed to providing children with a safe learning environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and the full development of each child’s potential.

Beyond her teaching role, Ms. Thuan actively participates as a volunteer in initiatives that connect, share, and promote Montessori education through collaborative programs with educational centers. She is not only a knowledge sharer but also an active contributor to professional networking and experience exchange among educators, parents, and individuals interested in early childhood education. Through these programs, she helps spread the core values of the Montessori approach while raising community awareness of the importance of fostering independence, creativity, and self-directed learning from the earliest years of life.

Ms. Thuan firmly believes that education is a continuous process—not merely the transmission of knowledge, but the creation of an environment that supports children’s holistic development in thinking, character, and independence. She also emphasizes the importance of connection and collaboration among educators and the wider community as key factors in ensuring the effective and sustainable application of Montessori principles in early childhood education.

Outside of teaching and volunteer work, Ms. Thuan enjoys spending quality time with her family and participating in experiential travel, which enriches her life experiences and allows her to bring positive energy into her educational practice. She encourages children not only to learn within the classroom, but also to gain meaningful lessons through real-life experiences.

With her dedication, patience, and deep passion for education, Ms. Tran Thi Thuan continues to be a committed and inspiring contributor to the Montessori community, accompanying children on their journey of growth and lifelong learning
