Giáo viên Montessori AMI (Từ 0–3 tuổi)
Tôi tên là Nguyễn Mỹ Hằng . Tôi tốt nghiệp trường Cao đẳng Sư phạm Trung ương Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và hiện đang làm giáo viên Montessori AMI cho trẻ nhỏ từ 0-3 tuổi .
Tôi tin rằng những năm đầu đời tạo nên nền tảng quan trọng nhất cho tính cách và tình yêu học hỏi của một đứa trẻ. Mỗi ngày trong lớp học, tôi không chỉ dạy mà còn học – học cách lắng nghe, kiên nhẫn và thực sự thấu hiểu từng đứa trẻ. Phương pháp Montessori đã dạy tôi rằng việc tạo ra một môi trường học tập dựa trên tình yêu thương và sự tôn trọng là chìa khóa để cho phép trẻ em phát triển một cách tự do và tự nhiên.
Bên cạnh công việc giảng dạy, tôi tích cực tham gia với tư cách tình nguyện viên trong các chương trình kết nối, chia sẻ và quảng bá giáo dục Montessori, hợp tác với Trung tâm Giáo dục Montessori Việt Nam (MVEC) . Những sáng kiến này mang đến cho tôi cơ hội chia sẻ kiến thức Montessori, đồng thời học hỏi và trao đổi kinh nghiệm với các nhà giáo dục, phụ huynh và những người quan tâm đến giáo dục mầm non. Thông qua các chương trình này, tôi nỗ lực lan tỏa các giá trị cốt lõi của Montessori và đóng góp vào việc xây dựng một cộng đồng giáo dục vững mạnh – nơi trẻ em được tôn trọng và hỗ trợ trong sự phát triển toàn diện của mình.
Ngoài công việc giảng dạy và các hoạt động tình nguyện, tôi thích đi du lịch và đọc sách. Du lịch mang đến cho tôi những góc nhìn và trải nghiệm mới, trong khi đọc sách nuôi dưỡng thế giới nội tâm và liên tục làm mới nguồn cảm hứng giảng dạy của tôi. Tôi mang những trải nghiệm này vào lớp học, cùng làm việc với các em để tạo ra một môi trường ấm áp, nơi sự phát triển được bắt nguồn từ tình yêu thương, sự tôn trọng và sự thấu hiểu.
