AMI Montessori Educator (Ages 0–3)

My name is Nguyen My Hang. I graduated from the Central College of Education in Ho Chi Minh City and currently accompany young children in my role as an AMI Montessori Educator for ages 0–3.

I believe that the early years of life form the most important foundation for a child’s character and love of learning. Each day in the classroom, I am not only teaching but also learning—learning to listen, to be patient, and to truly understand each child. Montessori has taught me that creating a learning environment grounded in love and respect is the key to allowing children to grow freely and naturally.

In addition to my teaching work, I actively participate as a volunteer in programs that connect, share, and promote Montessori education in collaboration with the Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC). These initiatives provide opportunities for me to share Montessori knowledge while also learning from and exchanging experiences with fellow educators, parents, and those interested in early childhood education. Through these programs, I strive to spread the core values of Montessori and contribute to building a strong educational community—one in which children are respected and supported in their holistic development.

Outside of teaching and volunteer activities, I enjoy traveling and reading. Travel offers me new perspectives and experiences, while reading nurtures my inner world and continuously renews my inspiration for teaching. I bring these experiences into the classroom, working alongside children to create a warm environment where growth is rooted in love, respect, and understanding.
