The AMI 0–3 Montessori Teacher Training – Module 2 was held at the Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC) from June 12 to July 7, 2023. This module forms part of the international training program certified by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). The course was delivered in person by international trainer Sharlyn M. Smith, offering participants an in-depth exploration of:

• The holistic development of children in the 0–3 age range;

• How to design and prepare a Montessori learning environment aligned with the developmental characteristics of very young children;

• The role, stance, and essential skills of the Montessori guide in observing, directing, and accompanying children.

With a balanced blend of hands-on practice and theory, the course enables trainees not only to master professional knowledge but also to internalize the Montessori spirit—education grounded in respect, patience, and love. This program is an opportunity for those aspiring to become internationally qualified Montessori educators, contributing to the spread of this humane educational philosophy to children across Vietnam.
