IN-PERSON COURSE OPENING AMI MONTESSORI PRIMARY 3–6 DIPLOMA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
A new chapter in the Montessori journey continues to unfold at Montessori Vietnam Education Center – MVEC as students of the AMI Montessori Primary 3–6 Diploma Teacher Training Course officially begin their in-person course sessions.
After a period of learning, research, and building a strong theoretical foundation, the in-person course is a particularly important stage in which students have the opportunity to observe, practice, and engage more deeply with the Montessori materials. At the same time, they gradually connect their knowledge with practical experience in an environment designed for children aged 3–6.
This journey is not simply about learning how to use Montessori materials or deliver presentations. More importantly, a Montessori teacher must learn how to observe children, understand their developmental needs, and prepare an environment that supports their natural, independent, and holistic development.
During the in-person course, students will continue to:
- Deepen their understanding of the foundations and principles of Montessori education
- Learn and practice presentations in the Primary 3–6 environment
- Explore how to organize and prepare a Montessori environment
- Develop observation skills and a deeper understanding of the role of the Montessori teacher
- Connect theory with practice in preparation for professional observation and practicum
Each day of learning marks another step on the journey toward becoming an AMI Montessori Guide — a professional who not only possesses knowledge and practical skills, but also has the ability to observe, understand, and accompany each child throughout their individual development.
