MONTESSORI TEACHER - VICE PRINCIPAL – TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI (TFM)

Nguyen My Hang is currently the Vice Principal of Tiny Flower Montessori (TFM), an AMI International Montessori Educator and an AMI Montessori Administrator. With more than 6 years of experience in early childhood education, she works closely with the leadership team and teaching staff to build and maintain a high-quality Montessori learning environment aligned with international standards.

She has completed the AMI International Montessori Teacher Training and the AMI International Montessori Administration Training. Guided by the philosophy of Montessori education, she continuously pursues professional development and educational research in alignment with the principles and standards of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), applying these values to teaching, leadership, and educator development.

She believes that every child possesses unique potential for growth. The role of an educator is not simply to provide knowledge, but to prepare the environment, observe with understanding, and accompany children so they can explore, develop naturally, and become independent and happy learners. Her educational philosophy is: “Respect the child – Help the child do it themselves.”

As an educational leader, Nguyen My Hang is committed to developing an authentic AMI Montessori environment where children remain at the center of all educational practices. She focuses on building a professional and dedicated teaching team while promoting the values of respectful education, allowing every child to grow fully according to their individual potential.

With a lifelong commitment to learning and a strong belief in Montessori values, she strives to contribute to the sustainable development of Montessori education in Vietnam through professional growth, educator collaboration, and the creation of meaningful, respectful, and authentic learning environments.
