MONTESSORI EDUCATOR – VICE PRINCIPAL - TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI (TFM)

Le Thi Hang is currently a Montessori educator at Tiny Flower Montessori (TFM). With extensive experience in early childhood education, she works closely with the teaching team to develop and maintain a high-quality Montessori learning environment aligned with international values and standards.

She has completed the AMI International Montessori Assistant Training and the AMI International Montessori Administration Training. Guided by a strong belief in the Montessori philosophy, she continuously pursues professional development and educational research to provide children with a carefully prepared environment that nurtures respect, independence, and meaningful exploration.

She believes that every child possesses unique potential and can flourish when supported by an appropriate environment. To her, education is not merely about acquiring knowledge; it is a journey of nurturing character, confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Her educational philosophy can be summarized as: “Respect the child – Trust their potential – Accompany their development.”

With a vision for sustainable growth, Le Thi Hang remains committed to the core values of Montessori by continuously enhancing her professional knowledge, sharing expertise, and contributing to a child-centered educational culture. Through professional collaboration, training, and the creation of authentic and compassionate learning environments, she hopes to contribute to the growth and advancement of Montessori education in Vietnam.
