MONTESSORI TEACHER - VICE PRINCIPAL – TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI (TFM)

Luu Thi Phuong is currently the Vice Principal of Tiny Flower Montessori (TFM) and an AMI Montessori Administrator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Education, The University of Danang. With extensive experience in early childhood education, she works closely with the leadership team and educators in developing and maintaining a high-quality Montessori learning environment aligned with international standards.

She has completed the AMI International Montessori Assistant Training and the AMI International Montessori Administration Training. With a commitment to lifelong learning, she continuously pursues professional development and educational research in alignment with the philosophy and standards of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), ensuring that authentic Montessori values are consistently integrated into the learning environment.

She believes that education is not merely the transmission of knowledge, but a journey of accompanying each child's natural development. Educators should respect each child's individuality, observe with understanding, and create opportunities for children to explore, unlock their potential, develop self-learning abilities, and build independence. For her, a meaningful educational environment is one where every child is loved, respected, and supported in growing at their own unique pace.

As an educational leader, Luu Thi Phuong is committed to building an authentic Montessori environment where children remain at the center of all educational practices. She focuses on developing a team of professional, responsible, and passionate educators while partnering with families to support children's growth through the Montessori philosophy.
