2. The Essential Role of a Montessori Assistant:
A Montessori Assistant does more than support classroom activities; they play a crucial role in protecting the child’s focus and ensuring the accurate application of Montessori principles. This course will help you:
- Gain a clear understanding of the Assistant's role in a Montessori classroom.
- Develop essential skills to support both the lead teacher and children in a Montessori environment.
3. Comprehensive and Diverse Training Content:
The course covers core topics, including:
- The Prepared Environment: How to organize and maintain an effective learning space.
- Child Development: Absorbent mind, sensitive periods, language, and cognitive development.
- Observation Techniques: Balancing freedom and discipline in the classroom.
- Culture and Arts: Integrating music, art, and connections with nature into the learning environment.
4. International Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive the AMI Montessori Assistant Certificate for the 0-3 Age Group, recognized worldwide.
Course Information
- Course Duration: July 11 to July 28, 2022
- Class Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Language: English (with Vietnamese interpretation)
- Tuition: 8.5 million VND per participant
- Class Size: Limited to 50 participants
- Requirements: Participants must attend at least 90% of the course, complete 60 hours of theoretical learning, 9 hours of observation, and submit 3 essays.
