INTERNATIONAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT – FLEXIBLE LANGUAGE SUPPORT

The course is designed in an international learning environment, welcoming participants from all over the world to study on-site in Vietnam.

Main language of instruction: English
For Vietnamese learners: Professional Vietnamese interpreters with AMI Montessori expertise will provide continuous support throughout the course.

This allows learners to:

• Fully and accurately access international AMI content
• Confidently study and communicate within the global Montessori community
• Expand international networks and leadership perspectives in education

LEARNING OUTCOMES & KEY VALUES

In the first days, learners will build a strong foundation in core Montessori principles. The program then delves deeper into Montessori school management across multiple aspects, especially school culture and relationships with relevant communities.

Learners will:

• Develop Montessori leadership skills aligned with the philosophy
• Learn effective collaboration with parents and the community
• Understand and support teachers, assistants, and school staff
• Set strategic, long-term school direction while maintaining a “big picture” view in management
• Access practical tools and materials, including a strategic plan tailored to their own school

INTERNATIONAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Learners will:

• Study directly with experienced AMI trainers: Sue Pritzker & Todd Covert
• Connect and learn from Montessori colleagues from different countries
• Participate in in-depth discussions, experience sharing, and broaden leadership perspectives

INTERNATIONAL AMI CERTIFICATE

Upon successful completion, learners will receive an internationally recognized certificate issued by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
