Course 1 – Montessori School Leadership & Management in Vietnam has come to a close, marking the completion of a meaningful journey of learning, connection, and transformation.

Nearly 40 participants—dedicated educators and school leaders—came together to engage in a profound learning experience where knowledge was not only delivered but also explored, reflected upon, and deeply understood from within.

Looking back at the moments captured in the video, it is easy to see that this was more than just a training course—it was a community. Attentive listening, heartfelt conversations, moments of deep emotion, and warm smiles of connection all contributed to making this journey truly special.

Perhaps the most lasting takeaway is not only the knowledge of leadership and school management, but also the ability to listen, understand, and lead with heart.

Together, we did more than complete a course—we shared a journey of growth. From here, each participant will continue on their own path while carrying a shared mission: to become educational leaders who listen deeply, understand compassionately, and lead with heart—for the benefit of children.

The journey has ended, but the mission has only just begun.
