Ms. Veronica Burbano is an AMI 3–6 International Montessori Trainer with more than 16 years of experience in Montessori education and early childhood development.
She has taught at the GVSU Laboratory School in Michigan, is AMI certified, and has served as a Spanish language specialist and assistant teacher at Montessori Amherst in Massachusetts.
She later developed a bilingual Montessori program for Casa de Niños, while spending more than a decade guiding children, supporting families, and mentoring new Montessori assistants.
Ms. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, with a specialization in Organizational Communication, from the University of San Francisco de Quito, as well as a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Valley State University.
Currently, she serves as a Montessori Advisor for GCLL and facilitates professional workshops throughout the United States and South America, contributing to the global Montessori community through training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
As a mother of two children, Ms. Veronica has also experienced the benefits of Montessori education within her own family, as both her son and daughter have been raised in Montessori environments. She continues to return regularly to Ecuador to stay connected with her family and cultural roots.
