Tran Thi Cam Tu graduated with a college degree in Early Childhood Education. Inspired by her love for young children and her belief in the Montessori philosophy, she chose to pursue the Montessori path and is now an AMI 0–3 Montessori Educator.

She believes that a classroom is more than a place for learning—it is a carefully prepared environment where curiosity, independence, and a love of discovery can flourish. Through thoughtful observation, respectful interactions, and the purposeful use of Montessori materials, she guides children through each stage of their development, supporting them as they confidently explore the world at their own pace. For her, witnessing each child's growth and joyful discoveries is one of the greatest rewards of being an educator.

Committed to continuous learning, Cam Tu sees herself not only as a guide but also as a lifelong learner. She is dedicated to deepening her professional knowledge and understanding each child's unique needs so that she can offer the respect, care, and support essential for healthy development. She believes that when children are listened to, trusted, and given meaningful opportunities, they grow into confident, independent, and compassionate individuals.
