Ms. Tran Thanh Hien serves as the Director of Training at Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC). She is an AMI-certified Montessori educator holding International AMI Diplomas for both the 0–3 and 3–6 age levels, as well as qualifications in educational leadership and school management.
With more than two decades of dedication to Montessori education in Vietnam, she is a researcher and connector within the AMI Community of Practice (COP–AMI) and has served as Director of the Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC) since 2013.
Since 2006, she has also been the Founder and Chair of the School Council of Tiny Flower Montessori, contributing to the development of high-quality and sustainable Montessori education for children in Vietnam.
Ms. Tran Thanh Hien is currently the Project Director of the Vietnamese Montessori Language Materials Project, a collaborative initiative between MVEC and AMI – Montessori Training Center Northeast (USA). The project focuses on researching, developing, and standardizing Montessori language materials in Vietnamese to support Montessori communities in Vietnam and internationally.
As an educator, researcher, and educational leader, Ms. Tran Thanh Hien is committed to fostering a professional Montessori community that is internationally connected and dedicated to the sustainable development of Montessori education in Vietnam.
