Lieu Thi Huyen Hao graduated from Ho Chi Minh City National College of Education and is an AMI 0–3 Montessori Educator. Guided by a deep belief in the Montessori philosophy, she places careful observation, respect, and an understanding of each child's individuality at the heart of her teaching practice.

She believes that every classroom should be a carefully prepared environment where children are free to explore, experience, and develop holistically. Through Montessori activities and thoughtful guidance, she encourages children to build independence, confidence, concentration, and essential social skills from their earliest years. To her, education is not simply about imparting knowledge—it is about nurturing children's emotions, character, and a lifelong love of learning.

She continually develops her professional knowledge to provide children with a safe, enriching, and caring learning environment. Outside the classroom, she enjoys swimming and spending time at the beach—activities that help her maintain balance, renew her energy, and bring positivity to her work with young children.
