MR. TODD COVERT
AMI Trainer
Mr. Todd Covert is an AMI Trainer and Montessori leader with extensive experience in school development, educator growth, and leadership advancement.
He is the Co-Founder of The Montessori School of the Berkshires, a 40-acre Montessori campus located in Western Massachusetts, and serves as President of The Montessori Schools of Massachusetts Association.
His professional focus includes Presence-Based Coaching, resilience development, and leadership growth for educators and educational teams.
As a trainer and facilitator, Mr. Covert teaches in the AMI Administration and Management Courses and the Whole School Leadership Institute, supporting Montessori leaders in creating effective and sustainable school communities.
He is also the Founder of Beartown Leadership and a Learning Kata Practitioner, where he continues to promote leadership development, continuous improvement, and a culture of learning within Montessori education communities.
