As a certified expert of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), she has chosen to specialize in the education of children aged 0 to 3 years — a sensitive and critical stage in every child's developmental journey. More than just an educator, Ms. Sharlyn also serves as the Training Director for Montessori teacher and assistant courses at the 0-3 level, a role that requires not only profound expertise but also a deep love for young children and the Montessori educational philosophy.
Beyond her training work with AMI, she is also a professor at Loyola University (USA). As an AMI International Examiner and Consultant, she has made significant contributions to enhancing the quality of Montessori education, ensuring global standards in teacher training programs.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience and extensive expertise, Ms. Sharlyn has trained and mentored Montessori teachers in numerous countries, including Germany, Japan, China, Romania, and Ukraine. In each country she visits, she leaves a profound impact, not only through her knowledge but also through her heartfelt passion and deep love for the Montessori philosophy. Notably, she is also a member of the AMI Training Group at the organization's headquarters, where she continuously contributes to improving and elevating the quality of training programs, inspiring future generations of Montessori educators.
Sincerely,
Montessori Vietnam Education.
