MONTESSORI NETWORKING REGION – PROFESSIONAL DIALOGUE FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

The delegation from the Montessori Association of Thailand (MAT) was led by Dr. Kannekar Butt – President of MAT, along with members of the Association's leadership and faculty.

On the Vietnamese side, the meeting was attended by Ms. Tran Thanh Hien – Principal of Tiny Flower Montessori School, the school's management team, TFM faculty, and representatives from the Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC).

The meeting provided a space for open and in-depth dialogue, where participants shared insights on:

- Montessori practices within diverse socio-cultural contexts

- Maintaining Montessori standards in school operations

- Teacher training and development

- And directions for cooperation and networking within the Montessori community in Southeast Asia.

Through direct exchanges, professional discussions, and friendly interactions, delegates reviewed similarities, differences, and opportunities for mutual learning in fostering the Montessori spirit in a standardized, flexible, and nationally appropriate manner.

The moments of exchange in the meeting room, the warm handshakes, and the commemorative photo session not only marked the meeting but also demonstrated the spirit of respect, listening, and learning among Montessori organizations in the region.

For MVEC, each international networking event is not only an opportunity to share expertise, but also a chance to contribute to building a stronger, more deeply integrated Montessori community in Vietnam, while still preserving its cultural identity and core human values.
