A Program Following the Standards of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)
Education is not simply the transmission of knowledge — it is a holistic process that shapes and nurtures each child’s development. Among this process, creating an appropriate learning environment plays a vital role in helping children reach their fullest potential.
Lá Cỏ Montessori Preschool – located in Hương Thủy, Thừa Thiên Huế – is a strong example of applying a modern educational approach that focuses on independence, creativity, and social integration. This advanced model highlights the importance of building a learning environment that fosters intellectual growth, life skills, and a strong foundation for the future.
Vision
Lá Cỏ Montessori Preschool aims to become a model early childhood education institution in Central Vietnam, contributing to building strong, confident future generations capable of global integration. The school continuously strives to cultivate a positive, creative, and humanistic educational community.
“The Children’s House” – An Ideal Learning Environment
The school applies the Montessori philosophy to nurture independence and self-mastery in every child:
Functional Independence:
Children learn to take care of themselves — from simple routines such as eating and hygiene to learning and play activities.
Purposeful Movement:
Designed activities help children develop physical abilities, body awareness, and control over their actions.
Spontaneous Concentration:
Children engage in uninterrupted work cycles — three hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. When children are free to choose meaningful activities, repetition naturally occurs, forming deep concentration — the foundation of character and social development.
Social Skills Development:
A mixed-age environment allows children to learn from older peers and support younger ones, helping them build communication, cooperation, and empathy.
Let your child grow holistically in a modern, well-equipped, and inspiring educational environment at Lá Cỏ Montessori Preschool.
