The event was honored to welcome prominent education leaders, including:
Ms. Bùi Thị Diễm Thu – Deputy Director, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training
Ms. Lương Thị Hồng Điệp – Head of Early Childhood Education Division, DOET
Ms. Lý Thị Sương – Deputy Head of Early Childhood Education Division
Along with education officers and representatives from district-level early childhood education management boards across the city.
The keynote presentation by Ms. Lhamo Pemba, an international Montessori trainer from the Montessori Training Center of Northeast (MTCNE, USA) and the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), provided participants with profound insights into this globally recognized educational approach — one that is both progressive and deeply humanistic.
Participants also had the opportunity to visit the AMI-standard Montessori classrooms at Tiny Flower Montessori School. The learning environment was thoughtfully designed for two age groups — 15 to 36 months and 3 to 6 years old — offering a firsthand look at how the Montessori method nurtures independence, creativity, and holistic child development.
Montessori Vietnam Education (MVEC) extends its sincere gratitude to:
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, early childhood education management teams, and the city’s Early Childhood Education Quality Board for their strong support and facilitation of this successful event.
The Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), Montessori Training Center of Northeast (MTCNE), Tiny Flower Montessori School, as well as all educators, trainees, and parents who contributed and accompanied us throughout the event.
This workshop not only deepened understanding of the Montessori method within Vietnam’s educational community but also opened new opportunities for innovation in early childhood education. It marked a meaningful step toward creating a modern, human-centered learning environment for future generations of Vietnamese children.

Ms. Bùi Thị Diễm Thu, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, addressed the participants and provided her guidance during the session.

The Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) station featured the workshop in its news coverage.
